             PAV BHAJI                  FONDUE







In my opinion, fusion cooking works best for these types. Like this idea from Tarla Dalal. I can entertain not only my family but also friends making them feel important without actually having to slog my hours or use fancy ingredients.Both the elders and the young ones LOVE this Pav bhaji fondue and its on a repeat recipe list. Its extremely customizable. If you like more onion flavor, increase it. Favor tomatoes? Throw in additional tomato. Can't live without heat? Bump up the Pav Bhaji masala and chilli powder. If tomatoes are tart, throw in some sugar. On a diet? Substitute Coconut oil and skim milk for the butter, regular milk and cream. Just make it your own, but bring out the fondue pot to make it all look and feel special
