Lovable Ladakh

In all honesty, when my parents told me that we were going to Ladakh for our summer vacation this year, I was quite put off by the idea. I wanted to go somewhere that had an actual Wifi connection. Once I got there however, I realized how completely ignorant I'd been. I can now say with confidence, Ladakh is one of the most beautiful places on Earth.

Ladakh is a region in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. It's the kind of place you'd go to if you're in for a much needed break from the rest of the world. It's peaceful and calm and the perfect place to just sit back and and do nothing all day. It also helps that the people and puppies are very friendly! It's almost completely technologically challenged and that works out to your advantage because only then will you really take in all the sights it has to offer. It's the kind of place that would make you want to take spontaneous walks just to see what's out there incase you missed anything the first time round!

 If you're planning a trip to India or if you are from India and you're in the mood to travel a bit, Ladakh should probably be put at the top of your list!
